You'll start with a warm-up, then move into a full class of easy-to-follow routines set to dance-floor anthems, old and new. Watch and follow format.

You'll always feel like you belong - ages typically range from 30 to 70.

Comfortable clothing you can move freely in - neon or glow-in-the-dark gear is optional but encouraged. Soft-soled shoes like runners or sneakers work best; avoid hard soles or grippy soles. Bring a water bottle and a sweat towel.

Not at all - a love of moving to music is all you need. The moves are simple and repetitive, and you set your own pace and intensity throughout.
