You can dive into a full range of dance fitness classes in Fitzroy North — Swingtrain, Groove, Clubbercise, Retro 80s aerobics and Latin Beats, plus Stretch & Tone if you're after something calmer. No dance experience needed, ever.

Start with the 28-Day IGNITER Welcome Pack. It's designed to ease you in gently so you can find your favourite class before committing to a membership.

None of the memberships lock you in - you can opt out or cancel any time.

You can always jump into a catch-up class instead. A class credit lands in your Momence profile and stays valid for 1 month.
